Say no to copy/paste

The optional Client Texting feature lets you text Appointment Reminders and reschedule with Clients via text Conversations! All incoming and outgoing texts are recorded on the Client’s Activity Stream, so no copy/paste!

Appointment Reminders

  • Appointment Reminders can be sent out based on date range, appointment type, or center location.
  • The Appointment Reminder grid shows the date the reminder was sent, the date the client responded AND the client’s response!

Conversations

  • The Text Conversations feature allows you to maintain a relationship with the client.
